Amandine Lepoutre

Amandine is President and Co-founder of Thinkers & Doers.
Within the Think & Do tank, she notably created the annual conference “The General Assembly of Citizen Entrepreneurs & Organizations” which brings together 250 international decision-makers to promote socio-economic progress at the United Nations and the OECD. Amandine is developing the Thinkers & Doers network and is the interlocutor of decision-makers who support the transformation of their organizations. She is also the founder of the “Civic Hub”, a certification training program for leaders and entrepreneurs.
Amandine is the founder of several companies and part of different board committees and work councils: Grand Paris Express Board of Directors, #PourdeVrai Collective, Observatory of Image and Democracy, member of the MakeSense board, member of the Next Leaders Awards – Les Echos jury, Co-Founder of the “Equality for 99%” Board.
Amandine is also a lecturer at Sciences Po, Columnist for Les Echos, CEO Magazine, Challenges and Le Journal du Dimanche.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Amandine worked in Venezuela on micro-credit development projects, in Hong Kong as a cultural attaché, and in Paris with communication groups such as Euro RSCG and TBWA on corporate and political communication projects, where she was in charge of NewBiz and Strategic Planning.
She graduated from Sciences Po, CELSA Sorbonne University and IHEDN in economic intelligence.
